‘Front Mission 1st’ And ‘Front Mission 2’ Remakes Coming To Nintendo Switch

Square-Enix has confirmed they’re working on a remake of the first title in their Front Mission series, Front Mission 1st. The title is being developed by Forever Entertainment SA, who announced they were partnering with Square-Enix two years ago to work on remakes for older Square IPs. The trailer shows the game has been remade from the ground up, but also focuses on the customization available to the wanzers, the mecha that each army does battle with.

While Front Mission 1st is scheduled to release during the summer, the Nintendo Direct also confirmed that Front Mission 2 will be remade and release sometime in the future.
