Dynamite’s Children’s Line Continues To Grow With First ‘PAW Patrol’ Book: ‘PAWsome PUPpets’

by Erik Amaya

Dynamite Entertainment continues its journey into the children’s market.

The company announced Monday the imminent arrival of PAW Patrol: PAWsome PUPpets! The 48-page softcover activity book teaches young readers how to make their own PAW Patrol PUPpets with step-by-step instructions to guide them through the “paws on process.” The puppets themselves are created using age-appropriate materials and tools, requiring only limited help from adults. A total of twelve PAW Patrol character designs are included. To help create the puppets, the book comes with punch-outs of the signature characters’ facial features and accessories, as well as templates for tracing.

The book will also include a a bonus chapter with tips on how to use the puppets for performances, how-to-build instructions for a simple puppet theater, and even a few mini-scripts that even the youngest PAW Patrol fans can act out.

PAW Patrol: PAWsome PUPpets! is the first book arising from a deal Dynamite made with Curiosity Ink Media to produce licensed books aimed at younger readers and families. It is scheduled for release in May.
