Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 Delayed To Spring 2023

by Sage Ashford

In a move surprising no one, Nintendo announced the delay of the sequel to their record-shattering game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.  Producer Eiji Aonuma talked about the game’s launch timing being pushed from holiday 2022 to Spring 2023, a delay of roughly six months.

Consider fans had only seen two trailers in the game and they still haven’t announced the name of the game, this news feels like something literally everyone had predicted ahead of time. Having said that, Nintendo already has games like Pokemon Scarlet and Violet to rely on, so their holiday season is already set.
