‘Call Of Duty: Warzone’ Season Three “Operation Monarch” Adds King Kong And Godzilla

Call of Duty: Warzone is getting ready to release its third season of content, and have dropped a teaser trailer for it in Operation Monarch. Though there’s no gameplay in the trailer, it’s a giant Godzilla vs. Kong tie-in, featuring the two kaiju battling it out above the island of Caldera.

This comes hot on the heels of Snoop Dogg being added to the game as an Operator. The two characters seem to be part of the map, and potentially something players will have to avoid while trying to get the #1 spot. However, the roadmap implies that while they won’t be playable characters, there are skins players can wear that resemble Kong, Godzilla, and Mecha-Godzilla. The roadmap also includes information on content including Call of Duty: Vanguard.

Call of Duty: Operation Monarch begins May 11th.
