In a recent Dragon Quest stream, Square-Enix announced their Dragon Quest spin-off Dragon Quest Builders, has been released for both iOS and Android.

Originally released in 2016, Dragon Quest Builders takes the popular Dragon Quest series and adds Minecraft building elements to create a new RPG. Taking place in the world of Dragon Quest 1, the player is asked to rebuild the world and help defeat the Dragonlord.

This new version of the game has additional features for mobile players to create and destroy their own buildings. Buildings can be shared by transforming them into “build cards” which can be transferred to a friend’s world, while players can also scan buildings from their friends’ worlds and import them into their own.

Dragon Quest Builders is available now for both mobile platforms for $21.99.
