‘Front Mission 1st Remake’ Shows Off New Gameplay

Square-Enix and Forever Entertainment have put out a trailer for the remake of the first game in the mecha strategy series, Front Mission. Announced earlier in the year, Front Mission 1st Remake is yet another franchise Square-Enix is attempting to revive, with the first game releasing November 30th.
Developer Forever Entertainment describes the changes:
Front Mission 1st: Remake comes back with updated graphics and modern approach! Choose your side and enter the battlefield equipped with the armed Wanzer – the future of Huffman Island is in your hands.

In the year 2090, the world’s conflicts are fought using giant war machines called Wanzers. Huffman Island, the only place where the Oceania Cooperative Union (O.C.U.) and the Unified Continental States (U.C.S.) share a land border is a hotbed of conflict.
Fans of Front Mission 1st Remake can look forward to Front Mission 2 and Front Mission 3 both receiving remakes sometime later next year. Front Mission 1st Remake releases exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
