New Additions To The Bishoujo And Ikemen Lines From Kotobukiya

by Gary Catig

Kotobukiya, the company known for their collectible plastic model kits and statues, is exhibiting at Tokyo Comic Con. On the first day of the show, they decided it would be a good time for new product announcements on social media via their official twitter page. The main focus was on their beautiful people, Bishoujo and Ikemen lines.

At this year’s SDCC, they provided the artwork for Twilight Sparkle, a My Little Pony Bishoujo statue. Now, they showed the actual sculpt.

The latest Street Fighter characters receiving their own statues are rivals Karin and Sakura.

Not to be outdone, there will be three additions from the DC Universe. First, there is the sculpt for the Catwoman Returns Bishoujo.

On the male side, Batman was also revealed at SDCC. Fans now have a first look at the paint master.

Finally, Batman’s greatest foe, The Joker, will become an Ikemen figure.

As an added bonus, Kotobukiya has their ARTFX Venom on display during the convention.
